2015 Major World Sporting Event Calendar

There are sporting events happening at all times, from the child's weekend football game to the pro game on national TV. Not every sporting event can be listed here, though we have tried to include all the big sporting events of the major sports, mostly the international competitions.


Major sporting events in 2015 include the inaugural European Games, Summer Universiade and the Rugby World Cup, Cricket World Cup, African Games, Pacific Games, Pan American Games, as well as the usual annual events.
